- Extra-strong
- Excellently flows back, becomes even and does not shrink
- It is applied on concrete, cement or anhydrous screed coats
- Creates an even and strong base on which modern finish coverings are easily laid
- "Heat-insulated floor" system
- Complies with European standards EN 13813 Class C20F10B2,0
SURFACE PREPARATION
It is applied on concrete, cement or gypsum screed coats, on the poured floor GLIMS®S-Base. The lower stratum surface must be dry, durable, free from dust, dirt, paint and grease stains. It is recommended to seal all through-wall trenches and openings present on the surface of the lower stratum. Treat the cleared surface with a primer GLIMS®PrimeГрунт by means of a brush or a roller. Lower stratums that pick up moisture highly are treated twice. Wait for complete drying out. At application and solidification of the poured floor the temperature of the lower stratum and the environment must not be lower than +5 ° C. The material is environmentally friendly in use and operation. Operation temperature range is from -50 to +70 ° С. While working it is necessary to observe the norms of SNiP and industrial hygiene.
MORTAR PREPARATION
Pour the package contents into a reservoir with clean water at a rate of 0.3 l of water per 1 kg of dry mix (6 l per bag of 20 kg) and mix thoroughly with a mixer machine to even consistency. Keep the mortar for 2-3 minutes and mix it once more. The mortar is in working order for 25-30 minutes after tempering.
TECHNOLOGY OF WORK EXECUTION
The mortar is uniformly poured in a serpentine course on the floor surface, is additionally distributed by a doctor blade and rolled with a needle roller to avoid air pockets occurrence. During pouring it is possible to walk on the mortar in bauchles or rubber boots for 20 minutes from the time of the mortar preparation. Different doctor blade nave-tires are used depending on the layer thickness. With large differences in the poured sub-floor within the same room (poured area) the work should be carried out in two stages: I - filling deep roughnesses and technological drying; II - continuous pouring of the section. Within 2 days from the work execution it is necessary to avoid drafts and severe changes in air temperature. Further works can only be performed after the floor complete drying out (with a layer thickness of 2- 5 mm - after 3 days, for 5-7 mm - after 4 days, for 7-10 mm - after 5 days, for 10-15 mm - after 7 days, at 20°C and relative humidity of 50%).
CONSUMPTION
1,5 kg/m2 per 1 mm of layer thickness.
