Rapid-hardening non-shrink mix on a cement binder of poured type Intended for stiffening of the put up equipment in electric-power, metallurgical, mechanical engineering, printing, weaving and woodworking industries; also used in the construction of tunnels, parking lots, pools. Maximum gritter size is 3 mm. Pouring thickness is from 20 to 60 mm
ADVANTAGES
- Non-shrink mortar mix
- High mortar mix fluidity
- Keeps high adhesion to concrete and reinforcement
- Does not cause corrosion of concrete and metal
- Has no segregation when applied
- High waterproofing capacity
- Freeze-thaw resistant, weather-resistant
- For exterior or interior use.
- Is used at constant contact with water
- Environmentally friendly and nonhazardous material
SURFACE PREPARATION
Using a hand tool, a milling machine, an air pick hammer or a hydro-blaster remove peelable concrete, grease stains, rust, old coatings, dirt, and other unstable particles from the surface of the lower stratum. Before GLIMS®PRO Anchor pouring thoroughly clean all surfaces to which the anchoring compound will adhere. Put up the equipment and fasten it securely. Before starting work, supply the lower stratum with water (without puddles). Remove excess water from the lower stratum before GLIMS®PRO Anchor applying. For the avoidance of GLIMS®PRO Anchor outflowing, the mould must be water resistant, hermetically mounted and firmly fixed to the lower stratum for the entire duration of the work execution. The mould construction must be performed with a gap of at least 50 mm from the side walls of the equipment to be installed. At the GLIMS®PRO Anchor pouring site provide a gap of at least 150-200 mm between the mould and the wall of the equipment to be installed. The material is applied by manual or mechanical method (with mortar pump).
MORTAR PREPARATION
Prepare the required amount of GLIMS®PRO Anchor for the full pouring volume t a rate of material consumption. When mixing use the bag in full. Pour the dry mix into a reservoir with clean water at a rate of 0.14-1,16 l of water per 1 kg of dry mix (3,5-4,0 l per bag of 25 kg) and mix thoroughly with a mixer machine to even consistency without fisheyes. Keep the mortar for 2-3 minutes and mix it once more. The mortar is in working order for 30 minutes after mixing.
APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS
GLIMS®PRO Anchor is applied to the prepared surface with a thickness of 20 to 60 mm in one application. Perform the pouring continuously and on one side only, avoiding voids and formation of air pockets. For strength development and to avoid the grout peeling it is necessary to exclude the influence of vibration for 12-24 hours. Subsequent work execution is possible after 24 hours. Turning on the equipment must occur not earlier than 48 hours after the work completion.
CONSUMPTION: 1,9 kg per 1 m2 with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
