Non-shrink repair composition on small-grained gritter of poured type containing polymer fibre. It is used with a destruction depth from 15 to 40 mm on horizontal lower stratums and surfaces with a gradient of not more than 4% (per 1 meter).
APPLICATION DOMAIN
- repair of destroyed concrete surfacing, reinforced concrete structures, as well as their fine finish;
- restoration of the concrete and stone structures geometry;
- protection of concrete surface from aggressive waters containing sulfates, sulfides and chlorides;
- spot repairs of concrete floors and reinforced concrete slabs (civil and industrial facilities);
- repair mortar for the finish leveling of concrete lower stratums for the subsequent application of protective polymer layers or for painting.
SURFACE PREPARATION
It is applied to concrete lower stratum from the surface of which previously it is necessary to remove cement slurry, loose coating, the remains of old coatings, paints, etc. To perform these works, the use of a milling machine is recommended. Before the mortar mix applying it is necessary to eliminate active leakages using the rapid-hardening, expanding GLIMS®ГидроПломба repair composition. If the reinforcement is open and has instances of corrosion, it must be cleaned of rust and dirt, and then treated with a corrosion-preventive compound. Before the repair mortar applying, the surface of the lower stratum must be supplied with clean water up to a full saturation level. Thickness of application in one layer is from 3 to 20 mm. If the depth of the repaired area exceeds 20 mm, then the application work must be performed in two stages, at this fasten the metal mesh before the first layer applying, leaving a space between the mesh and the surface of at least 10 mm. If the lower stratum is not strong enough, it is necessary to treat the repaired area with Glims®PrimeГрунт. In case of more serious damage, when the thickness of the applied composition is more than 20 mm, it is necessary to perform repair using GLIMS®PRO CRF-60 (on horizontal surfaces) or GLIMS®PRO CRT-60 (on vertical, ceiling and inclined planes). When material applying and hardening the temperature of the lower stratum and the environment should not be lower than +5 ° C. For more information refer to the coating laying flow diagram.
MORTAR PREPARATION
Pour the package contents into a reservoir with clean water at a rate of 0.16-0.18 l of water per 1 kg of dry mix (4,5-4,75 l per bag of 25 kg) and mix thoroughly with a mixer machine to even consistency. Keep the mortar for 2-3 minutes and then mix it once more.
TECHNOLOGY OF WORK EXECUTION
It is recommended to apply ready for use mortar mix using special equipment (for example, for air placing) or manually - with trowel, mortar applicator, putty spattle. Finishing and imparting the required profile to the applied mortar mix is executed by the floater immediately after the mortar mix placing. To ensure optimal applied mortar mix solidification conditions it is necessary to protect its top layer from water evaporation using a polymer film or to moisten the surface with finely sprayed cold water for 24 hours (48 hours in hot and windy weather). Solidification time and subsequent finishing to a greater extent are dependent on environmental conditions. Operation temperature range is from -50 to +70 ° С. While working it is necessary to observe the norms of SNiP and industrial hygiene. The material is environmentally friendly in use and operation.
CONSUMPTION:
1,65 kg per 1 m² with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transportation and storage, bags with dry mortar should be protected from damage and soaking. The storage period is 12 months. Complies with GOST R 56378-2015
